About Touchdown For Toys

We are excited to announce that the Bobcat Youth Football & Cheer Organization is hosting their 1st Annual Toy Drive called Touchdown For Toys. Bobcat Youth Football & Cheer will be partnering with local resident Chris Bailey to increase the awareness of his annual toy collection for underserved kids in the DFW area. This is Chris’s 19th year to dress up and bring some holiday cheer to those who would not otherwise have a Christmas. Chris has said “this is easily, his favorite day of the year!” So, to make it bigger than ever, Bobcat Youth and their partners are stepping in to assist in bringing in more toys and bikes for all ages than ever before. We have had so much support from the community  and are so grateful. In order to make it easy we will be placing collection boxes in businesses all throughout Roanoke and Trophy Club.

Touchdown For Toys will take place at Independence Park on Saturday, December 10th  from 4:30PM-6:30PM. If you want to help spread joy this holiday please stop by, donate a toy (or two), drive thru, see Santa, grab a snack and then head on over for the City of Trophy Club’s Annual Christmas in the Park.

The outdoor Holiday Celebration, Christmas in the Park, will follow Touchdown For Toys from 6:30PM-8:30PM at Independence Park East. Our Lakeview Elementary and Beck Elementary choirs will be performing, there will be a tree lighting ceremony and Mayor Alicia Fleury will be reading “Twas the Night Before Christmas'', along with pictures with Santa!  For more info on Christmas in the park visit:

Come join us, donate a toy and help spread some holiday joy!
