SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Sibling Discounts of $5 off per sibling will automatically be applied to orders if you are registering more than (1) Athlete.
WAITLIST PROGRESS
If you are looking to register your athlete and you see that we are waitlist, you can still register your athlete but will have to make a deposit to hold their spot. If we are not able to form a team, waitlist athlete's will be refunded their fee. For the Flag Football Waitlist, the deposit is $100 and for Tackle Football Waitlist, the deposit is $150. Waitlist deposits will be applied to the final total.

REGISTRATION RULES
- Spots are limited.
- If a particular grade level/school is not listed, then that means it is already full.
- You MUST sign up for the appropriate grade level/school. Failure to do so will result in unenrollment of the program.
- There will be NO waitlists.
- NO late registrations will be accepted.

Fall Dance registration link below

Registration Fees for the 2024 Fall Dance Season are $200 and are due at time of registration. Please take the time to read through all of the information presented within this registration link. If you are new to BYFO Dance, it is a requirement that the dancer comes with at least 2 years prior dance experience.
Please remember these key points while completing registration:
- Make sure when creating your account you are using the email address you would like ALL (from both the organization and coaches) correspondence to be sent to.
- Use the DAZZLERETTES FULL first name (no nicknames, please)
- Sign up for the grade level that your Dancer will be going into for the Fall 2024 school year this August
- Make sure you are choosing the correct camp tank size (we have youth and adult sizes available)

ELIGIBILITY & BOUNDARIES
BYFO is open to athletes in grades Kindergarten through 6th Grade for the Spring 7o 7 Touch Football and Kindergarten through 6th Grade for Fall Flag Football, Fall Rookie Tackle Football (3rd Grade) and Fall Senior Tackle Football (4th-6th Grade). In addition to Cheer for Kindergarten through 6th Grade and Dance for 3rd-6th Grade. Athletes are eligible to register as long as they attend one of the listed schools or live in a home zoned to attend Byron Nelson High School in Trophy Club, Texas.

*Proof of attendance and residency will be required at registration for all Programs

PLAYER VERIFICATION
For the Fall 2024 Football Season, the North Texas Football League (NTFL) will be using Zorts Player Cards for football player age/grade certification and residency validation. This service will help eliminate the need for paper copies of birth certificates and proof of residency! Each football player registered will be required to submit their documents to Zorts and purchase a player card ($10 payable to Zorts). This service is secure and PII compliant.
The player card helps to expedite the player eligibility process. The card is used to ensure that players are the correct age for the division that they are participating in. The card is valid for one year from the date of purchase. If a player already has an active player card, a new one is not required.
A dedicated NTFL link will be available in August of 2024 for you to purchase your Zorts Player Card. Instructions can be found in the document below.
